Domestic Shipping

  • Orders ship via USPS First Class, USPS Priority, or UPS.
  • Orders of 1 or 2 pairs of socks may not include tracking numbers. Please check your mailbox for delivery.
  • Double-check your shipping address! We cannot reroute packages once they are in transit.
  • Once your order has been handed to the carrier, you assume ownership of the risk and title for your merchandise.

International Shipping

  • We ship via USPS Priority International, UPS, and DHL.
  • Duties, taxes, and customs charges are not included in the shipping fees at checkout. You may need to pay these fees upon delivery.
  • We are not responsible for any customs fees imposed.

If you choose to return an item, you are responsible for shipping costs, duties, taxes, and customs fees incurred.

Express Shipping

  • Express shipping is available starting at $25.
  • Delivery time depends on the shipping carrier and destination.
  • For time-sensitive orders, please contact us before placing your order to confirm availability.

Returns & Refund Policy

We accept returns that is unopened and in its original packaging within 20 days of delivery.

Eligibility

  • Items must be unopened, in original packaging, with all labels intact.
  • Due to the nature of essential items, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products.

Return Shipping & Authorization

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
  • If returning a defective item, we will provide a prepaid return label.
  • All returns must be approved before sending. Please contact us for authorization.
